2. איזה מידע נאסף
בטופס יצירת הקשר: שם מלא, מספר טלפון, והתוכן החופשי שבחרת לכתוב בשדה ההודעה.
בשאלונים שבאתר: התשובות שבחרת, וציון המחושב מהן לצורך הבנת התמונה לפני שיחה. אם הגעת לשאלון עם קישור אישי או לאחר שהשארת פרטים, התשובות נשמרות מקושרות לפנייה שלך.
במחשבון הביטחון הכלכלי: שם מלא, מספר טלפון וכתובת אימייל, יחד עם הנתונים שהזנתם לצורך החישוב: גיל, הכנסה והוצאות חודשיות, הסכום שאתם מפנים לחיסכון, היתרות שדיווחתם עליהן, שווי נכס ויתרת משכנתא אם יש, הלוואות והתחייבויות, ואופן ניהול הכסף. נשמרת גם התוצאה שחושבה מהם.
הנתונים נשמרים רק אם בחרתם להשאיר פרטים בסוף התהליך. עד לרגע הזה הם קיימים בדפדפן שלכם בלבד ואינם נשלחים לשום מקום. הם אינם נשמרים בכתובת האתר ואינם נשמרים בזיכרון הדפדפן לטווח ארוך.
בלחיצה על כפתור הוואטסאפ: נשמר תיעוד של המעבר, ואם בחרת למלא, גם השם והטלפון. אם בחרת לדלג, נשמר רק שהמעבר קרה, בלי פרטים מזהים.
מדידה אנונימית: נשמר עד לאיזה שלב בשאלון הגיעה כל כניסה, ועד לאיזה חלק של דף הנחיתה הגיעה הגלילה, לצורך שיפור השאלון והדף. בדף הקישורים נשמר איזה משלושת הכפתורים שבו נלחץ, כדי לדעת אילו מהם מועילים. לגבי הסרטון שבדף נשמר גם האם הוא עלה על המסך, האם נלחץ נגן, כמה שניות נצפו וכמה אחוזים ממנו נראו. לצד זה נשמרים שפת הדף, האם הגלישה מהנייד או מהמחשב, והאתר שממנו הגעתם ברמת שם האתר בלבד (לדוגמה instagram.com, ולא הכתובת המלאה). המדידה מזוהה במזהה אקראי שנוצר לאותה כניסה בלבד, נמחק כשסוגרים את הלשונית, ואינה כוללת שם, טלפון או כתובת. אם הדפדפן שלכם שולח בקשה שלא לעקוב (Do Not Track או Global Privacy Control), לא נשמרת מדידה כלל. ניתן גם לבטל את הספירה ידנית בכניסה לכתובת ?notrack=1; במקרה כזה נשמרת בדפדפן שלכם רק העובדה שביקשתם לא להיספר, ושום דבר נוסף.
בדפדפן שלך: אם השארתם פרטים, מספר הטלפון נשמר מקומית בדפדפן שלכם כדי שלא תתבקשו למלא אותו שוב. הוא נשאר במכשיר שלכם וניתן למחיקה בכל עת דרך הגדרות הדפדפן.
בנוסף, כמו בכל אתר, עשויים להישמר נתוני גלישה טכניים כגון כתובת IP וסוג הדפדפן.
3. מטרת האיסוף
המידע האישי נאסף לצורך יצירת קשר חוזר איתך בעקבות פנייתך, תיאום שיחת אפיון, והיערכות לשיחה על בסיס מה שסיפרת. המדידה האנונימית משמשת אך ורק לשיפור השאלונים שבאתר.
הנתונים מהמחשבון משמשים להיערכות לשיחה, כדי שאוכל להגיע אליה עם הבנה של התמונה שתיארתם.
המידע אינו נמכר, אינו מושכר ואינו מועבר לצדדים שלישיים למטרות שיווק.
4. הבסיס החוקי
המידע נאסף על בסיס הסכמתך המפורשת, הניתנת בעת סימון תיבת האישור בטופס. ניתן לחזור בך מההסכמה בכל עת.
5. העברת מידע לצדדים שלישיים
לצורך תפעול האתר נעשה שימוש בשירותים הבאים: Supabase לאחסון הפניות, Cloudflare Turnstile לבדיקה שהטופס לא מולא אוטומטית, Make להעברת התראה על פנייה חדשה, ו-GitHub Pages לאירוח האתר.
פרטי הפנייה נשמרים בתשתית מסד הנתונים של Supabase. המידע משמש לצורך טיפול בפנייה וניהול הפניות בלבד, בהתאם למדיניות הפרטיות של האתר.
6. משך שמירת המידע
המידע נשמר כל עוד הוא נדרש למטרה שלשמה נאסף, או עד לבקשתך למחיקה, לפי המוקדם.
7. הזכויות שלך
על פי חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א-1981, עומדת לך הזכות לעיין במידע שנאסף אודותיך, לבקש את תיקונו, לבקש את מחיקתו, ולבקש להסירך מרשימות דיוור. לכל בקשה כזו ניתן לפנות לכתובת המייל שלמעלה, והיא תטופל בהקדם.
8. אבטחת מידע
ננקטים אמצעים סבירים לשמירה על המידע מפני גישה, שימוש או גילוי בלתי מורשים. עם זאת, לא ניתן להבטיח הגנה מוחלטת בהעברת מידע ברשת האינטרנט.
9. שינויים במדיניות
מדיניות זו עשויה להתעדכן מעת לעת. הנוסח המחייב הוא זה המופיע בעמוד זה במועד הגלישה.
10. תשלומים וקבלות
באתר הזה לא מתבצע תשלום. אין בו סליקה, אין טופס לפרטי כרטיס אשראי, ולא נאספים כאן פרטי תשלום מכל סוג.
התשלום על הליווי נעשה מחוץ לאתר, אחרי שדיברנו וסיכמנו ביחד מה מתאים לכם. העסק רשום כדין ומדווח לרשויות המס, ועל כל תשלום מופקת קבלה כדין שנשלחת אליכם. אין צורך לבקש אותה.

1. Who collects the information

2. What is collected
Through the contact form: your full name, phone number, and whatever you choose to write in the message field.
Through the questionnaires on this site: the answers you select, and a score derived from them so that a conversation can start from the right place. If you reached a questionnaire through a personal link or after leaving your details, the answers are stored alongside your enquiry.
Through the financial security calculator: your full name, phone number and email address, together with the figures you entered for the calculation: age, monthly income and expenses, how much you set aside, the balances you reported, property value and mortgage balance where applicable, loans and other liabilities, and how your money is currently held. The result calculated from them is kept as well.
None of it is stored unless you choose to leave your details at the end. Until that point it exists only in your own browser and is sent nowhere. It is never placed in the page address and is not kept in browser storage.
When you use the WhatsApp button: the handoff is recorded, along with your name and phone if you chose to give them. If you skipped that step, only the fact that it happened is recorded, with nothing identifying you.
Anonymous measurement: how far into a questionnaire each visit got, and how far down the landing page it scrolled, are recorded so that both can be improved. On the links page, which of its three buttons was pressed is recorded, so it is possible to tell which of them are useful. For the video on the page this also covers whether it came on screen, whether play was pressed, how many seconds were watched and what share of it was seen. Alongside this: the language of the page, whether the visit was from a phone or a computer, and the site you arrived from as a host name only (instagram.com, for example, never the full address). It is identified by a random id created for that visit alone, discarded when the tab is closed, and contains no name, phone or address. If your browser sends a do-not-track request (Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control), nothing is measured at all. You can also switch counting off by hand by visiting the page with ?notrack=1; in that case the only thing stored in your browser is the fact that you asked not to be counted, and nothing else.
In your own browser: if you have left your details, your phone number is stored locally in your browser so you are not asked for it again. It stays on your device and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.
As with any website, technical browsing data such as IP address and browser type may also be recorded.
3. Purpose
Figures from the calculator are used to prepare for that conversation, so that it can start from an understanding of the picture you described.
Personal information is collected in order to contact you following your enquiry, arrange an introductory call, and prepare for that call based on what you have described. The anonymous measurement is used solely to improve the questionnaires and the pages of this site.
It is never sold, rented, or passed to third parties for marketing.
4. Legal basis
The information is collected on the basis of your explicit consent, given when you tick the confirmation box on the form. You may withdraw that consent at any time.
5. Third parties
The following services are used to run this site: Supabase to store enquiries, Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a form was not filled in automatically, Make to pass on a notification of a new enquiry, and GitHub Pages for hosting.
Enquiry details are stored using Supabase database infrastructure. The information is used only to handle and manage enquiries, in accordance with this site's privacy policy.
6. Retention
Information is kept for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, or until you request its deletion, whichever comes first.
7. Your rights
Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 1981, you have the right to review the information held about you, request its correction or deletion, and ask to be removed from mailing lists. Send any such request to the email address above and it will be handled promptly.
8. Security
Reasonable measures are taken to protect the information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. That said, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. The binding version is the one shown on this page at the time of your visit.
10. Payments and receipts
No payment is taken on this site. There is no checkout, no card form, and no payment details of any kind are collected here.
Payment for the advisory work happens away from the site, after we have spoken and agreed together on what suits you. The business is registered and reports to the tax authorities, and a lawful receipt is issued and sent to you for every payment. You do not need to ask for it.
